Baymina is sensitive to the needs of its neighbouring community.
Baymina has built a new building for the elementary school of the neighbouring village Malıköy. The previous school building was built in early 60s and it was far from meeting the needs of the day. The construction costed USD 250,000. The school went into the service in September 2003. Baymina has also been providing support to the school and Malıköy in meeting some of it's daily needs.
